Job Overview
We are looking for a Multimedia Specialist to handle real estate photography, videography, 3D tours, and drone operations for our clients’ listings. The role will primarily involve fieldwork, traveling to various client properties. You’ll also assist in creating engaging social media content for both our business and clients. Back at the office, you’ll manage the delivery of raw files to the editing team and perform a quality check on the final products before sending them to clients.
We’re looking for a self-starter who can help us refine our workflows, elevate our media offerings, and contribute new ideas for enhancing quality.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct photo and video shoots at real estate listings, including drone footage and 3D tours.
-Film and produce social media content for internal and client use.
-Transfer raw media to the editing team and review final deliverables for quality.
-Collaborate with the owner and editing team to continuously improve processes.
-Explore new ways to enhance our media offerings.
-Qualifications and Skills
-Proven experience in photography and videography.
-Drone operation experience required.
-Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
-Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro is highly preferred.
-Experience with Nikon and Panasonic cameras, DJI drones, and gimbals is a plus.
-Knowledge of Zillow 3D or Matterport is a bonus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Full Time Position 40h/week, Paid Overtime if needed.
- $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
- 5 paid vacation days and 3 sick days
- Mileage reimbursement
- Benefits and perks negotiable after the initial trial period (90 days)
