Position: Sales Representative (Part Time)
Compensation: Hourly pay + Commission + Profit Share
Location: Bay Area, Sacramento
What We’re Looking For:
A motivated and confident individual with a strong sales mentality.
Someone who enjoys starting conversations and making connections.
Comfortable with a commission only structure, knowing the rewards come with hard work.
Not afraid to knock on doors and approach new prospects to secure janitorial service accounts.
Able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and proactively seek out new janitorial service accounts.
Initiate conversations with potential clients through cold calling, door to door visits, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Drive revenue growth by securing new business contracts for janitorial services.
Work closely with our team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
