Shades and Blinds Installer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Shades and Blinds Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, hands-on, and highly proficient in installing a variety of window treatments and have an understanding of various brands of fabrics and types of motors and styles and brackets. This role offers the opportunity for growth and the potential for a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Install shades and blinds at residential and commercial locations with precision and care.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and timely installations.

Work efficiently and professionally at all job sites. Work clean. Be on time.

Requirements:

Proven experience in installing shades, blinds, or related window treatments.

Strong handiness and problem-solving skills.

No need for personal tools or a van – we provide all necessary equipment and transportation.

Must have a clean drivers license, a clean background, and be local to Broward County

Compensation:

Pay is $23 - $30 an hour depending on experience and more.

Room for growth within the company, with the potential for a full-time position after a probationary period.
