Step into this role where you act as the crucial link between our technicians and clients, with limitless potential for growth!A Day in the Life:
Morning Briefing: Start your day with a team meeting to discuss priorities, safety updates, and ongoing maintenance issues.
Work Orders Management: Review, prioritize, and assign work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance to technicians.
Facility Walkthrough: Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and cleanliness concerns.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations set by Cushman & Wakefield and relevant authorities.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and generate reports for management.
Team Supervision and Development: Lead, guide, and support maintenance technicians, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training and coaching.
Qualifications:
Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role is required, demonstrating proficiency in managing KPIs and overseeing maintenance programs. Proven experience in motivating and supervising a team is essential.
Safety Commitment: Strong understanding of safety protocols, regulations, and best practices in maintenance operations. Experience in safety training and audits is preferred.
Educational Requirements: A 4-year degree plus 3 years of leadership experience, or at least 5 years of leadership experience in place of a degree is required. Relevant degrees or certifications in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, facilities management, or related fields are advantageous.
Compensation and Schedule:
Salary Range: $95,000 - $116,000 annually, with a 10% bonus incentive.
Shifts: 4x12-hour shifts, either 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM or 4:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Shifts include Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday. Flexibility is required.
