Line Cook at Fine Dining Restaurant
Chef Mathis Stitt, of Veritas veritasgateway.com is seeking a full time BOH Professional
Veritas is a 20-year-old, family owned, Casual Fine Dining Restaurant where everything is house made from fresh local provisions. Everything served is carefully composed, beautiful and delicious. The space has a great community feel with an open kitchen allows for close contact with the guests and increases the need for a strong and cohesive BOH team.
Qualifications for Candidates:
Genuinely cares about food: the source, the preparation, the presentation and the taste.
Enjoys the culinary world and looks forward to gaining even more knowledge and expertise.
Is able to work as a member of a small team, new creative menu requires daily task changes.
Has experience with the detail and precision necessary for exceptional fine dining service.
Hours include:
Wednesday thru Saturday Happy Hour and Dinner in addition to
Brunch (9 to 3) on both Saturday and Sunday
Veritas IS NOT OPEN on Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be available Evenings Wed – Sat AND Sat and Sunday Brunch
Possess excellent skills at Grill and Expo
Have reliable transportation, as it is not possible to rely of Mass Transit to and from Veritas
