Description We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team in the retail sector, based in Torrance, California. In this role, you will be charged with the optimization of our customer service workflows, the management of our team, and the transition to a new CRM system.Responsibilities Lead the customer service team in defining, tracking, and optimizing key performance indicators. Review and enhance the efficiency of current customer service workflows to boost customer satisfaction. Implement best practices that align with our overarching sales and service goals. Collaborate with the team in transitioning to a new CRM system, ensuring that it supports our operational objectives. Train the customer service team on new tools and processes. Oversee the performance of team members, providing coaching and feedback where necessary. Assist in the development of team members' skills and capabilities. Identify team members for specific roles and guide the process of integrating these changes. Ensure a smooth transition for staff returning from leave. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Solid experience with CRM systems Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Experience with ERP Solutions Proven experience in answering inbound calls Strong auditing skills Experience with billing functions Knowledge of cash activity handling Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to manage, lead and motivate a team Experience in a retail environment Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
