Quality Assurance Associate
Job Title: Quality Assurance AssociateJob DescriptionAs a Quality Assurance Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our organization. Your responsibilities will include scanning and filing batch records, equipment files, and validation protocols. You will set up and maintain training files, complete initial training for new employees, and review batch records. You will also prepare certificates of analysis for shipments, coordinate the shipment of final products with Manufacturing and Materials, and assist in updating, reviewing, and maintaining all quality documentation to ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will assist or perform ongoing GMP training, act as the Quality representative for daily shipping meetings, and may perform laboratory audits. You will also handle other duties or special projects as assigned.Hard Skills
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science, Chemistry or related field preferred
Experience with assays on automated systems preferred
1-5 years work experience in In Vitro diagnostics, medical device, pharmaceutical or related industry required
