Mitigation Technician1st Shift with pay up to $26 DOECareer Growth OpportunitiesJob DescriptionMitigation Technician is the first part of the process. Generally, they receive urgent calls regarding projects. While at the projects, candidates will assess damages, stop the continuation of damage, and begin immediate mitigation efforts. This role is crucial to get the property set up for the next stages. Tasks may include lifting carpet from a flooded basement, cutting drywall to avoid mold growth, moving furniture, or setting up drying equipment to prepare the property for reconstruction. The current openings are for Crew Leads. The ideal candidate would have some mitigation/restoration experience, but flexibility on experience is provided. We are looking for candidates who can show empathy and have examples of helping customers in previous roles.Hard Skills

Work EnvironmentThe typical schedule is 7:30am-5pm ; however, overtime will sometimes be required. This includes being on call, not all the time, but with scheduled days that candidates must respond.
