You’ll be: Maintaining the service call center by answering phones, entering service cases into SIS, and transferring customer calls to the appropriate department or team. Processing service expense and mission billing using SAP, SIS, and CERTIFY. Maintaining the Service Admin Mailbox and responding to customer or team requests. Keeping customer information in SAP and SIS up to date and correct, resolving issues with incorrect data. Entering purchase orders in SAP for tools and/or special needs for the different teams supported by technical service. Issuing purchase orders to suppliers as necessary. Providing customers with quotes for onsite support. Assisting with special projects, including PPT presentations and Excel spreadsheets. Assisting with Project Management Department billing as necessary. Entering Preventative Maintenance contract details into SIS and maintaining data up to date. Assisting the Application department if needed, handling application requests and reports, LAC material shipping and receiving, customer quotes, and invoicing. Assisting the Training department if needed, receiving leads for service and training opportunities, working with internal resources and/or Business Development Manager to identify training courses and offer contracts/solutions to customers, handling customer quotes, class registration, and course overview documentation.This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a two-year Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of training and experience. Have a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in office administration and customer service. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have excellent organizational skills. Have SAP experience.
