Customer Service / Sales Associate

Immediate opening for a part-time Sales Associate for self-storage facility.

Responsibilities:

Handling the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility

Providing excellent customer service to existing and prospective customers

Renting storage units

Processing payments & managing delinquencies

Maintaining accurate physical and digital files

Maintaining cleanliness standards

Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision

Own reliable transportation and hold a valid NYS driver license

Pre-employment background check and drug screen (Excluding Marijuana use results)

Facility Office Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm
