Full Time Baker and Pastry Cook

Then we may have the job for you! B's Bake Shoppe is seeking full time employees for the positions of Early Morning Baker, Overnight Baker, or Morning Pastry Cook.
The Role:
Early morning baker: 3am-11am. Mixing sourdoughs and other bread doughs, executing the morning bake, and shaping
Overnight baker: 9pm-5am, this shift is semi flexible in starting hours. Mixing sourdoughs and other bread doughs, shaping, executing the morning bake, mixing and portioning pastry doughs and fillings.
Pastry cook: 5am-1pm. Mixing and portioning pastry doughs, cookie doughs, ice creams, and prepping dessert items.

Pay: $17-20/hour, DOE, plus tips
Our Ideal Team Member:
6 months+ of professional bread, pastry or baking experience
Experience working in the position you are applying for is ideal although we are willing to teach the right person
Able to multitask while maintaining quality
Clean and organized
Willingness to learn and share skills
Dedicated to producing the best product and customer experience
Thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in the quality of their work
Able to convert recipes using basic math skills
Able to lift 50# and stand for long periods of time
Punctual and reliable, including reliable transportation
Comfortable working alone as well as being a team player who is willing to help in other areas as needed
Must have, or obtain a current Oregon Food Handler's Card
