Foreman / Crew Leader Residential Construction

KN Construction is seeking to employ a Crew Leader/Foreman

We are a residential general contractor specializing in remodels. We primarily work in South Hampton Roads with most work focused in Virginia Beach.

Skills required for this position required are:

Knowlege of General Residential Construction

Carpentry

Framing

Siding

Roofing

Installation of Doors and Windows

Fencing

This position will include managing a crew of typically 4. The crew will consist of skilled labor and general laborers of varying experience. Crew Leader will be a working Crew Leader and be responsible for the quality of work, daily review of work assigned to crew, assigning next day work locations and tasks to crew, monitoring on the job safety, customer interaction and customer satisfaction.

Pay range for QUALIFIED APPLICANTS is from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
