Front Desk
- Involves customer-facing work, such as sales, marketing, customer service, or client consulting. Front
office employees are responsible for generating revenue, building relationships with clients, and
providing excellent customer experiences.
Housekeeping
- Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture Sanitizing: Cleaning and s
sanitizing bathrooms, showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops, and sinks
Washing: Washing dishes, utensils, kitchen gadgets, and appliances, as well as washing, drying, ironing,
folding, and putting away laundry
Organizing: Tidying and organizing personal items, drawers, closets, and storage spaces
Reporting: Reporting maintenance issues, including changing light bulbs, and reporting breakages,
damages, and safety issues for repairs
Other duties: Making beds and changing linens, replenishing toiletries, emptying and cleaning trash
cans, and running errands
Maintenance
- Upkeep of property or equipment. Repairing and maintaining: Fixing broken equipment, installing
appliances, and performing minor repairs Inspecting and troubleshooting: Checking the functionality of
systems and equipment, such as electrical wiring, ventilation, and fire alarms Cleaning and keeping up:
Dusting, mopping, mowing the lawn, and collecting trash Maintaining inventory: Keeping track of
supplies and tools Collaborating: Working with other professionals during renovations Reporting:
Informing a facilities or maintenance manager of issues
