Caregiver/CNA

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to our residents, helping them with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Support residents with mobility and transfers

Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met

Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions

Maintain a clean and safe environment

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications:

Previous experience in personal care or other related fields

Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Must pass background check

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to lift and transfer residents safely

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethics
