HCI Railing Systems is a residential, commercial, and industrial railing contractor with over 40 years experience in fabricating and installing high quality railing systems throughout the Southern California area. HCI is currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals with experience in the fabrication and installation of railing systems to join our team.

HCI fabricates railing systems consisting of many different types of materials including wood, metal, stainless steel, cable and glass. Our current need is for those individuals who have experience in field installation of metal and stainless steel systems. If you are an individual who has experience with the many different types of fabrication and installation techniques associated with railing systems such as top and side mounted systems, vertical and horizontal systems, core drilled systems and if you have experience using mig, tig and stick welders you are a perfect candidate for our current career opportunity.

The individuals we seek must be familiar with the proper and SAFE use of all tools associated with the metal fabrication and installation trade including but not limited to hand grinders, cutting wheels, wet and dry saws, band saws, and drills. HCI is a SAFETY FIRST company and expects all candidates to understand that if SAFETY is not a part of your daily work routine you need not apply for this position.

Candidates must be able to pass a physical exam designed solely to determine your physical ability to perform the essential job duties. Candidates must have a clean driving record to drive company vehicles. Los Angeles Certification preferred but not required. Candidates must work well within a team, have a great attitude and be able to fit into the positive work culture HCI has created with its employees for over 40 years.
