Pallet Rack Installer (Must Be Willing to Travel)
We are a new general contracting company primarily focused in the Tri-State area (Arizona, California, Nevada). We specialize in industrial and commercial projects across the United States and are seeking dedicated individuals to help us achieve our goals. As a Pallet Rack Installer, you will assist with various repair and maintenance operations on out-of-state projects.
There is NO physical location you will report to regularly. You will be sent out on jobs at different stores needing our services, if travel is needed to get there it will be covered.

You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that require physical strength and attention to detail. Travel expenses (gas, hotels, flights) are covered by the company. Must be able to work within the United States, have a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle if needed. Standard work weeks are Monday-Saturday; however, we work as project schedules deem necessary. Typically overnight work, again depending on the project.
Seeking independent contractors or freelance construction laborers, who are willing to travel on call as projects arise. This is a 1099 job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of pallet racking systems.
- Support demolition, repair, remodel, and alteration tasks on job sites.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA/MSHA regulations.
- Safely operate power tools and assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
- Help with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Maintain a hard working and positive attitude.
- Effectively manage time to ensure expeditious completion of projects.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Capable at operating a scissor lift and/or forklift.
- Must be capable of working at heights.
- Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel for projects that may last from 1 to 7 weeks, sometimes out of state.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
