Restoration Project Manager for Repairs
We are a full- service renovation and restoration company/general construction firm. We specialize in damages related to water, fire, smoke, and mold.
Project Manager:
This position will be responsible for Project Management related work for restoration clients. Including overall management of subcontractors, costs, scheduling, performance decisions, and field construction oversight throughout project. This is a very fast-paced job and requires excellent time management skills. Strong customer service skills are a must. A valid driver’s license is required with good driving record. A background check will be required upon offer of employment.
Day-to-day management of several projects
Daily documentation of work progress (photos), notes and communication.
Develop and monitor project schedule
Client communication
Project invoicing and securing payment.
Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills.
Manage all aspects of work required while on the job site to including vendors and subcontractors
Maintain relationships with Adjusters, Property Managers, Owners and Office Team.
Manage budgets, schedules and progress of restoration and reconstruction projects, from start to finish while maintaining quality standards
Participate in design process and permit submittal
Requirements and Abilities:
Residential construction trades experience as a Project Manager-insurance industry a plus.
Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to manage many budgets and schedules
Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Required to use personal protective equipment when necessary, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting-up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be willing to work outside normal business hours.
