Profile Lamination and Finisher

Windor is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Profile Lamination and Finishing team!

1st shift is scheduled from Monday to Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM.

Training will be provided during the first 2 weeks of employment. Some experience is required. We will provide full training upon hire.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting Operator to run Laminator

Assist in quality control and identifying defects on materials

Loading materials into the laminator

Off loading materials and packing materials

Using roll forming roller to laminate profiles

Operate various cutting power tools

Prioritize jobs by the due date and like lamination types

Recognize and provide help in the planning of jobs in the due date order

Using a loom style machine to cut foil for laminating process

REQUIREMENTS:

Having some experience in lamination and mounting

Have a strong background in various types of product finishing

Have excellent follow-up & communication skills (oral & written)

Ability to measure and cut accurately

Be proficient in various kinds of mounting

Keep workspace clean and organized

Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Be highly detail-oriented and well organized

Be punctual and reliable & work overtime as required

Have a professional appearance at all times

Enjoy working in a team environment—a team player attitude is a must

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position is active in a production and warehouse environment where heavy lifting is required. 50lbs

8 hour shift

Overtime
