BOOKKEEPER

NEW BEGINNING NEW HOMES, a regional New Construction Home Builder located in Grand Junction, CO is looking to hire a full-time Bookkeeper to join their team. Starting wage to be determined upon experience. This is not a remote job or freelance position. MUST SEND RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION.

Responsibilities

- Perform payroll functions

- Conduct reconciliation of all accounts

- Maintain and balance the general ledger

- Perform account receivable functions

- Process bank loans, construction draws through bank portals, per bank process

Qualifications

- 3-5 years experience required

- Construction experience preferred

- Must be a team player and self-organized

- Must be motivated for excellence in profiiency and accuracy
