We are looking to hire a Real Estate Executive Assistant. If you or someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, learn what it takes to run one of the most successful real estate teams in the country, and do it all with a smile.

Requirements:

-Highly organized and computer literate.

-Be Enthusiastic, a quick learner, team player

-Be proficient with computers

- Must have strong communication skills: both verbal and in writing.

-Be punctual, responsible, and coachable.

- Must have a car

-Must be available to work weekends

-Must be willing to work in a deadline-oriented, highly detailed, and fast-paced environment.

-Social media savvy is a plus.

-Video Editing

-Tech savvy

-Must know excel spreadsheets-Be proficient with computers

-Must have strong communication skills: both verbal and in writing

-Creative marketing

-Be punctual, responsible and coachable.

-Must be willing to work in a deadline oriented, highly detailed and fast paced environment.

-Must be flexible to work weekends

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintain the calendar for all team members

Confirm all appointments on the phone at least 24 hours prior to every appointment.

Make introductory calls to all new clients.

Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner

Knowledge of bookkeeping and maintaining records.

Maintain office cleanliness and organization including filing and scanning.

Oversee sales and property management files

Event organizing and coordination

Maintain contracts

Researching new systems and programs.

Making spreadsheets and some data entry

Marketing duties and responsibilities

-Hosting open houses on weekdays/weekends

-Creating flyers, brochures, and paper advertising

-Edit property videos and videos related to Real Estate for YouTube, and Reels.

-Creating monthly EDDM mailouts (Flyers)

-Creating monthly database mailouts

-Create CMA’s for listing presentations

-Writing property descriptions

-Event planning, coordination, and hosting

-Scheduling photo/video shoots at properties

-Content ideas for weekly videos

-Gifting clients

-Curating “pop-bye” gifts for monthly visits

-Email marketing
