Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Cabinet and Countertop Fabricators to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of cabinets and countertops, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Fabricate cabinets and countertops using various materials, including wood, laminate, and solid surface.

Operate woodworking machinery and tools safely and effectively.

Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately.

Assemble components and install hardware as needed.

Ensure all products meet quality assurance standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cabinet and countertop fabrication is desired, but not required.

Proficiency in using woodworking tools and machinery.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills.
