Satellite Station Network Operator - Entry Level

Entry Level Network Operations Center Shift Operator position in

Port Saint Lucie WEST with focus on satellite distribution of TV channels via satellite and Internet

Ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

Preferred Students or recent graduates from AA, Engineering or Computer Science Schools.

CISCO or Juniper network knowledge highly desirable

Fluent English (speaking and writing )

Ability to answer and make phone calls interacting with customers ( TV & cable Networks ) and service providers ( fiber optic , electricity, satellite )

Willing to develop intimate knowledge of systems in order to develop the ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues independently

Ability to memorize facility emergency procedures, and perform the procedures independently

Candidate should be able to lift 60 lbs and climb ladders. This position will require that you enter tight spaces.

Willing to work on Graveyard shifts and weekends is a plus

Willing to be trained and start at operational level with potential to growth to supervisory and management positions and / or to systems development /integration areas .
