Retail Assistant In Award Winning Homebrew Store

Seeking retail and brewing assistant in nationally recognized Homebrew Store. Start with 3 shifts totaling 20-30 hours per week. Additional hours, shifts and pay for those who show ability to learn and grow in their role.

=Job: Retail Assistant=

==Initial Job Responsibilities==

Commit to fulfill Gnome Brew's Mission and to providing outstanding hospitality and service

Fill online orders

Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store

Engage with and provide hospitality to customers

Package recipe kits and repack bulk products for sale

Take regular inventory of stock

Assist with store fermentation projects including transferring, bottling and cleaning equipment

==Requirements==

Maintain regular weekly schedule

Demonstrable interest in craft beer

Intention to work with us 1+ year

Engage with customers in a helpful, friendly and honest manner

Work non-major holidays

Lift 55 pounds

Climb a ladder

Tolerate exposure to wheat, oats, dust and other possible allergens

Work with caustic cleaning chemicals

Read, write and speak proficient english

Maintain appearance and dress that reflects values of hospitality and inclusion towards all particularly with respect to gender identity, race, religion, politics, age, etc.
