Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.

Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting.

Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient operations.

Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.

Manage investor relations and ensure compliance with regulations.

Drive cost optimization and identify areas for financial improvement.

Work closely with department heads to develop financial plans and assess company performance.

Qualifications

Strong finance-based analytical skills

7 - 10 years' of finance experience

CPA or MBA preferred but not required

In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and financial analysis.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a strong track record in financial planning and strategy development.

Ability to lead and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
