Receptionist ( PART TIME)
Job Title: ReceptionistJob DescriptionWe are partnering with a local retail store to add a part-time receptionist to their team. The essential duties for this position include demonstrating a positive attitude towards customers and employees, greeting customers and visitors, operating a multiline phone system, utilizing a radio to communicate with warehouse staff, receiving and recording payment receipts, performing administrative support tasks, transmitting information or documents to customers, and handling mail and courier deliveries. The ideal candidate will be friendly, passionate, and committed to supporting a work environment where everyone is happy and proud to work. The position also requires knowledge of company policies and procedures and attendance at training sessions and department meetings at the Boone location.Hard Skills
