HR Generalist
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to become a part of our client's team in Columbia, South Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, partnering with leadership to identify talent needs and align them with the organizational development goals.Responsibilities: Translate organizational development goals into individual development plans in collaboration with leadership Conduct assessments of training needs to identify skill gaps for individuals and teams Oversee the creation and implementation of a comprehensive talent development framework Design performance review processes in partnership with managers to align with individual development plans and employee career aspirations Analyze performance data to provide insightful feedback to both managers and employees Champion development opportunities for employees based on performance reviews and individual needs Attract, identify, and recruit top talent focusing on long-term development potential Develop and implement onboarding programs that integrate effectively with individual development plans Design and deliver programs that enhance employee engagement and retention Maintain strong communication and collaboration with leadership, managers, and employees across all levels of the organization Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, and stay up-to-date on relevant HR policies, laws, and regulations.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role Strong knowledge of Employee Relations Proficient in conducting Interviews and Onboarding new employees Experience with Full Cycle Recruiting is essential Familiarity with Internet Recruiting and using online platforms to attract candidates Proven experience in Recruiting and conducting Recruiting Activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred Proficiency in using HR software and computer applications Knowledge of labor legislation and employment laws Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
