This is a field-based position responsible for driving parts and service traffic to our dealership and distribution networks for repair and/or parts purchases. Ford Pro Fleet Sales Specialist will contact existing Ford Pro customers and prospect new commercial fleets for parts and service opportunities. Ideal candidates will have a track record for achieving sales quotas monthly and thrive in a commission-based career. Candidates will be highly competitive with a hunger to achieve quotas while showing empathy toward the customers who are experiencing downtime with their Ford vehicles.Travel expectation: 40-50%Candidate must reside in Boston region near a major airport!Key Responsibilities

Customer facing commission-based position with the following R&Rs

Achieve quotas for Ford Pro products and services

Conquest new fleets/ grow existing fleets P&S sales 

Wholesale parts growth

Repair order and service loyalty growth

Mobile service growth

Program enrollments/ customer progress to program objectives

Identifying bid opportunities/ assist in bid responses

Travel with dealership outside sales reps

VIN list collection from Fleet customers 

Respond to prospect activities generated by marketing

Identify software and other Ford Pro Service opportunities

Key Skills

Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with an entrepreneurial mindset (hunter mentality) effectively selling products and services to potential clients. This includes prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals. Finding win-win solutions for clients and dealers

Deep Product/Service Knowledge - clearly articulate the benefits of all fleet solutions to potential clients.

Industry Knowledge: robust understanding of the fleet management industry is important for sales managers to effectively position products and services in the market. This includes knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.

Relationship Building : Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is key to success in fleet management sales. Sales managers should be able to develop rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs.

Analytical Skills: Analytical skills are important for fleet management sales managers to analyze sales data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth.

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, understanding customer building positive reputation within the market.

You'll have

3-5 years commission based sales experience required with routine cold calling of potential clients to develop business

Even better, you may have

BA/BS degree preferred

3-5 years of fleet/commercial automotive experience preferred

Experience with solutions based selling preferred
