We are looking for excited open minded people to join are team. We need someone who can handle super busy time as will as slower time. we are a small place so you will be crossed trained in other area. we need people who are willing to learn as will as open schedule. as i need people who can work during the week and weekends.
Summary: Responsible for the preparation and presentation of drinks and food items as listed on menus and plating instructions. Follow the direction of the Assistant manager/manager in maintaining the highest standards of food and drink quality, taste and production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following but not limited to:
Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders
Preparing and serving beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones
Preparing and serving food items such as soups, sandwiches and pastries
Answering customers’ questions about menu choices
Promoting and recommending menu options to customers
Taking payment from customers
Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs
Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized
Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
Working to attract new customers and expanding the menu
Listen well and communicate in a professional and friendly manner
Focus on customer satisfaction
Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages
Be efficient and organized
Build good relationships with customers
Maintain a clean work environment
Keep supplies replenished to minimize downtime
● Proceeds in preparation of all menu items in assigned area on a daily basis in a timely manner
● Precisely follows portion control, presentation of food, consistency of food, flavor, done-ness as determined by the kitchen manager.
● Consults with kitchen manager on forecasts and special orders and asks for specific duties to prepare items to specifications
● Maintain all coolers for proper rotation of food items to prevent spoilage
● Ensures adequate amount of product is on hand and will inform supervisor of items that need ordered.
● Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary work area following Servsafe and local health department guidelines.
● Follows all policies and procedures
● Alerts direct supervisor to any food quality issues that could have an adverse effect on operations.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the environment is high.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee may need to lift up to 50 pounds and assistance will be provided if needed.
