Experience Bartender Open Call Tuesday 10/16 from 12pm-2pm

While We Were Young is seeking energetic and positive Bartender(s) for our craft cocktail bar and restaurant.

If you have just recently completed a bartending Course this is NOT the job for you.

4 plus years bartending in high volume craft cocktail bar

Double shaking, using a jigger and building more than one cocktail at a time is second nature to you

Attention to detail and cleanliness is something you take pride in

In depth knowledge of wine and spirits.

Ability to not only bartend, but step away from the bar and serve food as well

Food knowledge and proper service acumen

Able to build 3-5 drinks at a time(This is a must)

Strong communication both written and verbal

DOH certificate is a plus, but not necessary.

Happy/positive attitude is a must

Team player
