Hiring CREW LEAD - Local Remodeling Company

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

- Coordinate and manage the crew, delegate tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed.

- Communicate with project managers, inspect work progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction.

- Assist with all aspects of hands-on construction tasks including, but not limited to, demolition, site prep, framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, roofing and finish carpentry.

Job requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of residential home remodel experience

- Minimum 2 years of crew lead or similar leadership role

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for this role

- Must be bilingual in Spanish

- Should be comfortable lifting 50-75+ lbs regularly
