Full-time Maintenance Person needed for our family businesses

Our small family property management business is looking to fill a full-time maintenance position. General handyman skills (knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems) are required. You will be working alongside another maintenance person. If you are a friendly, good communicator, and a responsible person, then we are interested in hearing from you.

Responsibilities include:

-Making routine repairs at various properties (apartments, office buildings, mobile home parks and self-storage facilities)

-Apartment and office turnover for new tenants

-Mobile home maintenance

-Snow shoveling, snowblowing, and salting

-Must be reliable and punctual

All applicants will be subject to a criminal background check and a credit check.

Must have a reliable vehicle and a legal Driver's License.

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (30 minute lunch break each day) with some overtime available, depending upon the time of year.

Work truck provided

Starting wage is based on experience. Entry-level wage is $19.00/hr. with annual reviews and wage increases.
