NOW HIRING DELI MANAGER
LOCAL COMPANY IS NOW HIRING FOR A DELI MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING AT A DELI IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION. PLEASE INCLUDE A RESUME LISTING AT LEAST 2 PERSONAL REFERENCES AS WELL AS ONE PRIOR WORK REFERENCE. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Oversee the daily operations of the deli department, including scheduling staff shifts, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
-Manage inventory by ordering deli supplies, conducting regular stock checks, and minimizing waste through efficient product rotation.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase deli sales, including promotions, in-store displays, and customer loyalty programs.
-Train new deli employees on proper food handling techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
-Prepare and adjust deli menu offerings based on seasonality, customer preferences, and profitability analysis.
-Address and resolve customer complaints regarding deli products or service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
-Monitor and maintain deli equipment, arranging for repairs and replacements as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
-Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, making strategic adjustments to deli operations to meet financial goals.
