Whether you’re prepping food, serving customers, or handling transactions, you’ll be an essential part of our team, making sure every customer gets great service. Job Description:

As a Truck Team Member, you’ll be hands-on in every aspect of our truck’s operations, from food prep to customer service. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure everything runs smoothly and customers leave happy.

Responsibilities:

Food Prep and Cooking:

-Help prepare ingredients and cook menu items, ensuring everything is fresh and ready to serve.

-Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.

Customer Service:

-Interact with customers, handle transactions, and ensure each order is accurate and delivered with a smile.

-Work efficiently with the team to keep things moving, especially during busy rushes.

Truck Operations:

-Assist with setting up and breaking down the truck, including restocking and cleaning duties.

-Report to the Truck Driver/Manager and work collaboratively with the crew to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. If you’re eager to learn, we’re happy to train.

-Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.

-Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

-Ability to handle early morning shifts and work in tight spaces.
