Property Management Company Seeking Maintenance Tech

Job Responsibilities: Glendale Maintenance Company in need of another skilled handyman to handle minor to intermediate repairs on vacant and occupied units. Must be safe, have a clean driving record, reliable transportation and some basic tools of their own. Must be polite to customers and professional. Must be able to use a smart phone for work assignments, photos, and software apps. Sample work includes plumbing repairs, general handyman repairs, installation of floor, shower tiles, patching, painting, outlets, ceiling fans, stucco repair, faucets, disposers, door locks, basic carpentry. Must work with quality and professional standards. Full time or part time but MUST be reliable. Normal hours range from 8:00am-4pm M-F but could vary. Most properties are small multifamily or homes and located within a 15 mile radius of Glendale area. Bilingual is a plus.
