Bartender / Server Positions
The Bartender Position:
What This Role Will Do
Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor
Cultivate regular guests and repeat business
Suggestively sell both beverages and menu items to guests at the bar
Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly
Consistently prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications
Recognize when guests are becoming too intoxicated and refuse further service of alcohol in a courteous and safety-minded manner, bringing it to the attention of a manager
Request proper identification for anyone appearing under 30 years of age
Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to CI policy
Maintain bartender bank
Perform cash pull / check out procedures
Required to occasionally work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue
What This Person Will Bring
Required:
(State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement)/ Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
Ability to work late hours
Flexible schedule
Cash handling experience
Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
Skill in interpersonal communication and teamwork
Physically able to pass a pour test and a mixology drill (timed)
Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety minded manner
Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
Preferred:
2+ years work experience in high volume environment
Experience recognizing valid ID’s
Experience in a live music environment
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
Working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressful
Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
Server Position:
Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters.

Job Summary
The dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitress or Waiters are core team members of the bar and grill. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.
Job Responsibilities
Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests expectations.
Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guests questions.
Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
Job Requirements
Previous experience is not required we will train you!
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
Have a current Food Handlers Card where applicable, or ability obtain, where applicable.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
