-Dispatch, booking online load for the driver day to day (DAT One)

-Maintaining records: Organizing and maintaining office records, including employee files

Assisting with financial tasks: Payroll, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial policies

-Supporting staff: Assisting clerical and support staff with their assigned duties

-Dealing with insurance for our vehicle in the office

-Able to work in a fast moving paste and multitasking

-Good communication skills, verbally and written

-Computer skill like Excel, Word, QuickBooks
