Supervise a large team of skilled employees to achieve established volume, quality, and delivery standards.

Ensure the availability of the necessary resources (personnel, equipment, materials, supplies) to comply with the production schedule effectively.

Monitor CNC and sewing machinery, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate corrective action.

Control waste and ensure time in the process is within established limits.

Capture production reports in the operating system.

Review daily production reports per machine.

Review delivery of finished product according to quantities and sequences.

Motivate and drive employees to develop and maintain a happy and productive workplace

Ensure compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations.

Comply with the procedure for recording and controlling incidents of the personnel in their charge.

Conduct performance evaluations of the personnel under their charge and recommend development plans

Assist employees in solving problems at work.

Must evaluate, record, recommend, and/or initiate actions, such as promotions and disciplinary action for the staff in your charge

Must coordinate and/or execute cross-training of the different operations.

Must maintain all necessary records for the management of production times.

Promote communication and maintain strong communication with personnel in your charge and management staff

Implement and supervise the start and end of work according to an established schedule.

Manage and record training of the production team.

Ensure compliance with the Safety and Hygiene Regulations in your area.

Monitor the correct operation of work tools.

Timely report of damage to production machinery.

Report unsafe conditions identified in their work area promptly.

Must coordinate and ensure assigned work areas are kept tidy, clean, and functional.

Provide the required support in the projects and activities undertaken by the company.

Participate as a leader in improvement projects

Attendance at required training.

Be an agent of change, take the initiative to make things happen.

Support in overtime when required.

Knowledge of CNC machinery helpful
