Provide a high level of customer service to site leadership team(s), acting as a liaison between site GSC and customers

Develop and maintain relationships with customers by having a high level of understanding of their area of the business

Manage a staff of supervisors over multi-functional teams servicing site requirements

Coordinate with site Manager, Supervisors and Shared Services to identify root cause and sustainably solve problems

Manage change with customers, providing continuous education on business practices and expectations

Direct, develop, and monitor Global Supply Chain policies and practices for the site

Contribute to site strategic planning and budgeting efforts for the GSC department

Drive/manage change based on KPIs/SLAs/Data

Provide guidance and counsel to the site management team on applicable programs, practices and policies

Provide leadership and work direction, and evaluate the performance of subordinate staff

Participate in the development, communication, and training of supply chain processes and strategies

Perform other duties as required

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED and seven (7) years of experience in Global Supply Chain including (5) years in the mining industry, including three (3) years in a supervisory or management capacity; OR

High School diploma or GED and seven (7) years of experience in the mining industry, including (5) years directly interfacing with supply chain, including three (3) years in a supervisory or management capacity; OR

Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience in Global Supply Chain or mining industry, including three (3) years supervisory or management experience; OR

Master’s degree and three (3) years of experience in Global Supply Chain, including three (3) years supervisory or management experience

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree

Five (5) years of experience in Global Supply Chain

Five (5) years of experience in the mining industry

Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience

Experience in material management

Experience in contracts experience

Criteria/Conditions

Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English

Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards

Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment

Position is in busy, non-smoking office located in downtown Phoenix, AZ

Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by elevator

Occasionally work may be performed in a mine, outdoor or manufacturing plant setting

Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk

Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to ten (10) pounds

Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required

What We Offer YouThe estimated annual pay range for this role is currently  $93,000-$130,000 . This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
