Controller
Description We are inviting applications for the position of Controller, to be based in Temple, Texas. The successful candidate will play a significant role in our company, managing and regulating operations to ensure optimal performance. Working within our team, the Controller will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring that financial practices align with organizational goals. This role is vital to maintaining efficiency and accuracy in our operations.Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure their accuracy. Manage budgeting processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Use accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and perform data analysis. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in financial data. Oversee all accounting functions to ensure efficient financial operations. Implement and manage budget processes effectively.Requirements Experience with CRM and Crystal Reports Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions Experience in Auditing Familiarity with Budget Processes Ability to handle high-level financial data and reports Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and leadership skills Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity Ability to strategize and solve problems Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Proficient in MS Office and financial software applications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
