Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Sales/Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Junior Executive, you will assist in driving sales growth and support marketing campaigns, while learning key aspects of business development. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the team’s success. We are offering many software products and software solutions to Non profit organizations in the USA. We will provide all the training necessary. Technical skills are plus but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads through, email outreach, calling and networking.

Support senior sales staff in client meetings and presentations.

Follow up with prospective clients to ensure consistent pipeline development.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

Marketing Activities:

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote products or services.

Support in content creation for social media platforms, emails, brochures, and newsletters.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.

Help organize and attend promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Address client inquiries and provide product or service information as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to meet customer needs.

Administrative Support:

Prepare sales reports and marketing performance summaries.

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the sales and marketing team.

Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for sales/marketing materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role (internships or fresh graduates are welcome).

Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of basic marketing concepts, digital marketing, and sales strategies.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM software is an added advantage.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to collective goals.

Customer-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Self-Motivated: A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
