Qualifications:
Spray Foam Experience Preferred
A preference for being bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Good physical condition, able to perform tasks requiring climbing and maneuvering in confined spaces.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Previous experience in insulation or construction is a plus but not required.
Willingness and ability to successfully pass a pulmonary fit test
Your Typical Day:
Apply Spray Foam Insulation: Install spray foam insulation based on job specifications. This may include exterior walls, below home foundations, or roof spaces where climbing through rafters is required.
Project Coordination: Work on residential and commercial projects using cutting-edge insulation technology.
Equipment Setup and Safety: Follow standard operating procedures for equipment setup and operation. Maintain a safe work site.
Quality and Efficiency: Complete high-quality work while maintaining efficiency and perform quality checks.
Operate Equipment: Use equipment such as spray guns
Maintenance: Keep equipment and vehicles clean and well-maintained.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve spray foam issues.
Reporting: Complete daily job reports detailing work performed.
Driving: Drive a company truck and trailer to and from job sites. Ability to back a truck and trailer once cleared to do so.
Customer and Management Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and management.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
