Full-Time Accounting Clerk

Youman, Madeo & Fasano LLP is seeking a bilingual Full-Time Spanish/English-speaking accounting clerk for our NJ law firm. This position is an in-person position.

Must be able to work late nights and work Saturdays

Willing to train the right person.

Requirements:

Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English.

2+ years of client accounting and/or related financial experience in a law firm.

Experience with QuickBooks.

Ability to work as part of a team by following directions and taking instructions.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating needs.

Must be available to work weekends.

Excellent Research skills and detail-oriented.

Preferred College Grad
