Snow Removal Technicians

Looking for motivated, reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team for the upcoming 2024/2025 winter season.

Positions open for interviews include Lead/Crew Chief, Rooftop Shoveling, Ground Labor & Detail work.

Lead/Crew Chief - Minimum of 2 years in a management role, able to lead by example and adhere to a set schedule. Keeping safety and property of jobsites a high priority. Able to organize and manage a small team of 2-4 people. Roofing Experience a HUGE plus, proof of valid AK Driver's License a must. Experience with small equipment: Skid Steer, Dingo Loader, Snow Blower.

Ground Crew/Rooftop Laborer - No experience necessary, must have proper winter gear and be able to work 5–8-hour shifts in the elements. Physical endurance is highly suggested, ability to follow instructions and attention to detail is mandatory.

All positions will be required to pass a drug test.
