Looking for roof laborers and shinglers

Looking for roof laborers and experienced shinglers. Pay is 25+ doe and competitive piece rate for shinglers. $500 bonus after 3 months. Experience is not necessary, but must be willing to learn and dependable. Must be able to lift 80lbs, and be ok with heights.
