LANDFILL TECHNICIAN I/II

This is a full-time, non-exempt position that is responsible for the daily operations of the

Cummings Road Landfill. This position is responsible for ensuring long term plans are met to maintain the landfill gas (LFG) extraction system and leachate field at the closed landfill, prevent groundwater and stormwater contamination and air pollution, perform vegetation management, collect stormwater and leachate samples for laboratory analysis and ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements.
