Position Overview:
We are seeking a Residential Landscape Planting Specialist in San Marcos! In this role, you will be responsible for planting and maintaining landscaping in residential properties, ensuring that yards are beautiful and well-kept.

Key Responsibilities:

Planting: Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees in residential yards according to design plans.

Maintenance: Water, weed, prune, and care for plants to promote healthy growth.

Site Preparation: Prepare planting areas by clearing debris, digging, and amending soil as needed.

Customer Interaction: Communicate with residents to understand their landscaping needs and provide excellent service.

Safety: Follow safety protocols while using tools and working in outdoor environments.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in residential landscaping or gardening.

Basic knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.

Physical ability to perform landscaping tasks.

Bilingual skills (verbal and written) are a plus.

Compensation:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Weekly pay!

Shift Details:
Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
