Part time Caregiver in exchange for 1bd/bth free Rent

Looking for a dependable, neat and responsible caregiver to live with disabled young man in 2bd/2ba apartment in San Francisco. the caregiver has his/her private bedroom and bathroom. Free rent is compensation of caregiver works, no salary. Looking for a person had the caregiver experience or willing do caregiver work such as personal care works . Have to be a single person, no smoking, no drug issues, no pet.

Disabled young man has a professional job, working at home or office.

Caregiver work hours:

2 hours every morning to help him to get out of bed, arrange motion, dressing and simple breakfast preparation.

4 hours at 2 nights, prepare simple dinner, set him up in the exercise equipment. Every other night help him to use toilet, take shower in shower chair, then transfer him into bed. plus light house works.

this is a great opportunity for someone working in SF city needs a nice place to stay.

Desirable person:

- no smoking, no drugging, no criminal record. Cannot have animal.

- dependable, responsible and neat, be able to follow the direction.

- be able to lift ( PS: he is not big guy) for transferring between chair and bed. tip lift then swing over.

- strong, health.
