Production Technician Wanted

We are a company that produces roadwork machinery and are looking for a new Production Technician to help assemble our machines, working with our existing employees. Skills/Abilities:

-Strong and diverse background in mechanics and mechanical operations

-Problem solving skills and mechanical aptitude

-Interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)

-Ability to learn new skills and multitask

-Organizational skills

-Experience and ability to work with hand and power tools

-Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics

-Mill, lathe and welding skills preferred

-Experience operating a forklift preferred

-Must be able to lift 75lbs

Job Duties include:

-Assembling machines

-Testing machines

-Repairing machines

-Organizing & stocking inventory

-Communicating with management and co-workers about ways to streamline production

-Always working in a safe manner
