CNC MACHINIST/ESTIMATOR

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Inspector/Machinist to join our team. The right candidate will have experience in CNC manufacturing and a good understanding of quality control in a machine shop. Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is essential.

Responsibilities:

Estimate costs and time needed for manufacturing projects based on customer needs, materials, and machining processes.

Use your CNC machining knowledge to evaluate projects and suggest efficient manufacturing solutions.

Ensure all manufacturing processes meet quality standards and customer requirements, including GD&T principles.

Be the main point of contact for customers, managing orders from start to finish, including scheduling and delivery.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality control teams to improve processes and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

CNC Experience: At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining, programming, and operation.

Estimation Skills: Ability to accurately estimate manufacturing costs and timelines (training available for the right candidate).

Quality Control Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality standards in manufacturing, including GD&T.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
