This cool seasonal gig runs from October 2024 to January 2025. And guess what? We've got flexible shifts from 6:00am to 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.

Scope/ Supervision and Interaction:

This position reports to the Distribution Center Manager and collaborates closely with the Returns Supervisor and the Distribution Center Floor Lead.

Responsibilities:

-Handle end-to-end order fulfillment – from picking and packing to shipping customer orders.

-Process customer return paperwork using the NetSuite order management system.

-Engage in daily operations, focusing on processing returns, refurbishing products, data entry, and shelving.

-Reach out to customers via email or phone to address order and return-related inquiries.

-Ensure meticulous labeling, inventory control, and organization of refurbished and returned items.

-Adhere to flexible warehouse shifts, Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 10:00pm, adapting to business needs and individual schedules.

Seasonal employment between October 2024 and January 2025, with potential weekend shifts during high-volume times. Specific working hours are not guaranteed.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

-Prior knowledge of pick-pack-ship, returns, and inventory processes is advantageous.

-Stellar written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.

-Previous experience in returns or customer service is beneficial.

-Proficiency in standard computer operations, encompassing MS Excel, MS Word, and email.

-Demonstrates high levels of integrity, adaptability, and efficiency in task prioritization.

-Thrives in a bustling, entrepreneurial setting and displays a hands-on approach.

-Shows persistence, a deadline-driven mindset, and unwavering commitment to completing projects.

-Open to working weekends/holidays during peak seasons.
